Marcia is in charge of our Medical Records Department. Our medical records personnel are in compliance with The Maryland State Medical Society and are certified in HIPPA Compliance. Confidentiality regarding all patient''s health care information is of the utmost importance.
Duties include:
maintaining medical records
checking out patients
receiving incoming calls, taking messages for staff
scheduling appointments and confirming appointments
coordinating referrals
copying medical records as needed for patients, physicians, lawyers
