Debra is one of our financial and billing specialists.  She is knowledgable in many insurance companies and possessess outstanding computer skills.  She also has strong skills in customer service, written and oral communications and she is very detailed oriented.  She is responsible for the processing of all medical claims and attending training on a regular basis to keep up-to-date on all coding changes.    She reports directly to Dr. Dobyns.
