Adolescents often feel uncomfortable seeing the "baby doctor",  and they may have concerns that they do no want to talk to mom or dad about.  We offer care during these transitional years.  Services include:

• Routine well child evaluations
• School/sports physicals
• Routine immunizations
• Substance abuse counseling
• Family planning
• Sexually transmitted disease evaluations and counseling
• Sick care

Parents be advised that a minor may obtain care and treatment for pregnancy, family planning and sexually transmitted diseases without parental knowlegde or consent.  Additionally, these visits are confidential and cannot be discussed with you without the patients consent.
