Zelina helps coordinate the daily patient flow through the front desk reception area. She is certified in HIPPA Compliance and responsible for:
- greeting patients and patient intake
- receiving incoming calls
- scheduling appointments and taking messages for staff
- prescription refill and referral requests
- chart maintenance
