Toni Robertson, Medical Assistant Supervisor
Toni is a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program with 11 years of experience caring for patients in the office as well as their home. She is responsible for the supervision and training all medical assistants on staff. In addition to HIPPA certification, she is certified to:
- prepare the patient for the provider
- assist the provider
- perform certain lab tests on the premises
- obtain and record vital signs
- document medical history
- administer medication under provider direction
- give injections as ordered by the provider
- call in prescription orders to the pharmacy as directed by the provider
- take messages from patients for the providers
- notify patients of test results as directed by the provider
- perform EKG and spirometry assessments
