Verna is our senior financial and billing specialist. She is knowledgable with most insurance companies. She possesses strong skills in customer service, written and oral communications and she is detailed oriented. She is responsible for overseeing the processing of all medical claims and attending training on a regular basis to keep up-to-date on all coding changes. In addition to being computer savvy, she is certified in Medical Management and HIPPA. She reports directly to Dr. Dobyns.
